About the role
We are currently looking for Traveling Electricians to work on a commercial electrical remodel project in Pineville, LA.
Responsibilities
- Experience in commercial remodels is required.
- This role is ideal for electricians with experience in commercial new construction and remodels who are comfortable traveling to project sites.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to Pineville, LA for the duration of the project.
- Travel is paid along with per diem and mileage (drive time included).
- Candidates must have advanced knowledge of electrical theory.
- Must understand and apply NEC code knowledge and basic NEC calculations.
- Able to perform any type of bend with all bender types.
- Installs raceways, boxes, and cables.
- Assists with wire pulling activities.
- Installs light fixtures, devices, and cover plates.
- Aids in installation of switchboards.
- Installs panels, breakers, and transformers.
- Connects branch circuits including terminations and panels and equipment.
- Performs basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of various control systems and components.
- Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Formal trade school or apprentice program completion preferred.
- 4000+ Hours of electrician experience.
- Valid state issued Driver’s License.
- Current state Electrical Apprentice license when required by State Licensing entity.
- Current OSHA 10 certificate.
Qualifications
- Active state electrical license.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of electrical theory.

Pay

Schedule
