About the Role

An Associate Dentist provides comprehensive dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive and team-oriented environment. The position involves delivering high-quality treatments using advanced tools such as digital x-rays, fiber-optic handpieces, and practice management software. Dentists participate in team activities, morning huddles, and community outreach to promote a positive image and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical dental services to a diverse patient base.
• Collaborating with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
• Engaging in mentoring and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Valid dental license for practicing in the respective state.
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification where applicable.
• Strong compassion and desire to serve both children and adults.
• Teamwork, mutual respect, and excellent patient communication skills.
