About the Role
Traveling Cook needed for school food service covering multiple school locations in Monmouth County, NJ.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, day shift
- No weekends or holidays
- Summers off
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold meals following menus and recipes according to the NSLP guidelines
- Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures
- Ensure PPE is in use at all times
- Work in a team setting
- Stocking, serving, and cleaning
Requirements
- Food service cooking experience
- Ability to travel within a 30-mile radius in the Monmouth County/Freehold, NJ area
- ServSafe® certification a plus
