Traveling Construction Superintendent
The Opportunity
You will serve as the primary on-site leader managing ground-up and commercial renovation projects across Florida. This role offers the autonomy to drive scheduling, subcontractor performance, and job site safety while representing a company that heavily invests in long-term career growth. You will directly impact project profitability and client satisfaction by translating complex blueprints into high-quality physical structures.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent or field leader.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience utilizing Procore or equivalent construction management software for daily documentation.
- Strong proficiency in reading, interpreting, and laying out architectural plans and technical specifications.
- Total schedule flexibility to travel extensively to job sites in Fort Myers, Ocoee, and Tallahassee.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Local residency within the Fort Myers or Naples, Florida geographic market.
- Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial retail and industrial builds from layout to punch list.
- Advanced background in building layout, site benchmarks, and dimensional control management.
