Responsibilities

• Understand project plans and subcontractor scopes
• Ensure all subcontractors follow the latest documents
• Oversee all aspects of field operations at project sites
• Communicate issues to the Project Manager
• Monitor and update the schedule weekly
• Prepare progress updates and photographs
• Conduct pre-construction and subcontractor meetings
• Inspect work and maintain a clean jobsite
• Implement safety program and inspect equipment
• Review and manage tool and expendable costs
• Document daily reports and conduct safety meetings

Qualifications and Attributes

• 3-10 years’ experience as a construction field superintendent
• Proficient with computers and MS Office Suite
• Motivates workers and peers positively
• Works effectively in a high-level professional environment
• Effective in arranging activities and guiding groups
• Uses problem-solving process and understands limits
• Understands company operations and policies
• Desires to advance and develop professionally
• Capable of creating a good first impression and collaborating

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

Schedule
