Traveling - Concrete Operations Manager

About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Manage projects from design through completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee project teams, including coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure project safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
