Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects
- Cook up coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners
- Maintain project schedules and support milestone completion
- Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays
- Cook up coordination of material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and site logistics
- Conduct subcontractor coordination and safety meetings
- Maintain daily reports, schedules, photos, and project documentation
- Cook up with Project Managers, clients, architects, and local officials
- Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and jurisdictional requirements
- Aid in project planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews
- Represent REZ professionally on all jobsites and client interactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, structural systems, building envelope systems, and construction sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, and construction documents
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Proven ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practices
- Comfortable using technology for reporting, documentation, and communication
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Procore experience
- Experience managing projects across multiple states and jurisdictions
- Experience in restaurant, retail, medical, office, or light industrial construction

Pay
$85,000 - $95,000 annually DOE
Schedule
Field-based | Nationwide Travel Required
