Job Type: Full-time, W-2 Employee Lead Commercial Construction Projects Nationwide REZ Management LLC is a commercial general contractor headquartered in Idaho with a remote support team and active projects across the United States. Since 2002, we have delivered commercial remodels, tenant improvements, facilities services, and ground-up construction projects for clients in the retail, restaurant/QSR, medical, office, industrial, automotive, entertainment, and financial sectors. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a leadership position, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of project success from site preparation through final turnover. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel to project sites throughout the United States. Employees are home-based between project assignments. Responsibilities Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projectsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partnersMaintain project schedules and support milestone completionPromote and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA complianceIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delaysCoordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and site logisticsConduct subcontractor coordination and safety meetingsMaintain daily reports, schedules, photos, and project documentationCollaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and local officialsEnsure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and jurisdictional requirementsAssist with project planning, sequencing, and constructability reviewsRepresent REZ professionally on all jobsites and client interactions Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experienceGround-up commercial construction experience requiredStrong understanding of sitework, foundations, structural systems, building envelope systems, and construction sequencingAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, and construction documentsStrong leadership and subcontractor management skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilitiesProven ability to identify problems and implement practical solutionsWorking knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety practicesComfortable using technology for reporting, documentation, and communicationAbility and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30 CertificationFirst Aid/CPR CertificationProcore experienceExperience managing projects across multiple states and jurisdictionsExperience in restaurant, retail, medical, office, or light industrial construction Success in This Role The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable leading fast-paced commercial construction projects with extensive travel requirements.
