About us
Based in the DC Metro Area, we are an established general contractor that has been building for almost 20 years. We specialize in commercial construction including both ground-up and interior renovations. Project types include healthcare, retail, hospitality, and SCIF, and range from $1–10M in value.
About the role
Due to growth and a strong pipeline of new work, we have an immediate need for Superintendents with ground-up experience and Superintendents who specialize in interiors.
Requirements
- Experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
- Experience with commercial construction
- Local to the DC Metro Area (preferred)
Pay
$90,000 – $120,000 per year
