Qualifications

• Experience as Superintendent in commercial/industrial construction; light industrial/big box retail a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling and construction management tools (Procore, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.
