We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes "About Siemens", "Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion", "You’ll Benefit From Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits...". Also "Ready to create your own journey? Join us today!" etc. We need to keep substantive info. We need sections: - About the role: description of role, maybe the paragraph about Building Automation Systems Specialist and objectives. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (Assist with building automation system startup..., Work well with others..., Assist with commissioning..., Document commissioning details..., Plan work..., Complete commissioning..., Submit accurate time-keeping..., Work overtime..., Able to accommodate...). - Requirements: maybe basic qualifications? Or we can separate Qualifications and Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple sections. We need to decide what content goes where. We have: - About the role: description of role and objectives. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe basic qualifications? Or "Qualifications" heading for basic and preferred? The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide. We have "Basic Qualifications:" list and "Preferred Qualifications:" list. We could put Basic Qualifications under "Requirements" and Preferred under "Qualifications". Or combine. Also Skills: maybe list of skills like user PC/software skills, Microsoft Office, communication skills, ability to read documents, etc. Benefits: The posting mentions health and wellness benefits, link. So we can have Benefits section with that. Pay: The posting includes pay range $54,121 - $92,779 annually. So we include Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; maybe overtime, travel, but not schedule. So we should not create Schedule section if no specific content. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So omit Schedule. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Building Automation Systems Specialist". Not to repeat. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to include all details from the posting, except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive content: Paragraphs: - "Position Location: This role supports our Plano, TX branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Dallas, TX area." (Location info) - "Here at Siemens, we take pride in enabling sustainable progress through technology. We do this through empowering customers by combining the real and digital worlds. We are improving how we live, work, and move today and for the next generation! We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving. That’s why we always put our people first. Our global, diverse team would be happy to support you and challenge you to grow in new ways. Who knows where our shared journey will take you? Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, adaptable, and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives. Transform the everyday with us!" This is fluff but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about company culture. Might be considered not specific to role. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those, but could be considered generic marketing. However it's substantive? Might be considered fluff but not boilerplate. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might keep a brief About the role paragraph that includes location and role purpose. - "The Building Automation Systems Specialist handles the centralized control of a building's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and other systems through a building management system or building automation system (BAS). The objectives of building automation are improved occupant comfort, efficient operation of building systems, reduction in energy consumption and operating costs, and improved life cycle of utilities." This is role description. - "As a Building Automation Systems Specialist, you will:" then bullet list. - "Work well with others, take ownership, be a team player, and act with integrity." (maybe part of responsibilities) - "This position reports to the local Supervisor and takes direction from a mentor and Lead Technician." - "Assist with commissioning new Distributed Digital Control System on construction sites. Commissioning is ensuring all systems and components are functioning as required. Document commissioning details; communicate deficiencies and progress. Plan work with mentor, Lead Technician, and Team Leader. Complete commissioning within planned timelines. Submit accurate time-keeping daily and expenses weekly. Work overtime when needed. Able to accommodate in an out of state overnight travel" - "You will make in impact with these qualifications:" then Basic Qualifications list. - "Preferred Qualifications:" list. - "About Siemens" paragraph (global tech company). Might be considered boilerplate? It's about company. Might be okay to keep as About the role? But we already have About the role. Could include as part of About the role? Might be redundant. - "Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion in our Diverse Global Workforce" - that's EEO boilerplate, should remove. - "You’ll Benefit From Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: https://www.benefitsquickstart.com/siemens/index.html" - Benefits. - "The pay range for this position is $54,121 - $92,779 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location." - Pay. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's structure:

    About the role

Position Location: This role supports our Plano, TX branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Dallas, TX area. The Building Automation Systems Specialist handles the centralized control of a building's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and other systems through a building management system or building automation system (BAS). The objectives of building automation are improved occupant comfort, efficient operation of building systems, reduction in energy consumption and operating costs, and improved life cycle of utilities.

Maybe also include the motivational sentences? Might be considered fluff. I'd keep minimal.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with building automation system startup, ensuring that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the customer.
    • Work well with others, take ownership, be a team player, and act with integrity.
    • This position reports to the local Supervisor and takes direction from a mentor and Lead Technician.
    • Assist with commissioning new Distributed Digital Control System on construction sites; commissioning is ensuring all systems and components are functioning as required.
    • Document commissioning details; communicate deficiencies and progress.
    • Plan work with mentor, Lead Technician, and Team Leader.
    • Complete commissioning within planned timelines.
    • Submit accurate time-keeping daily and expenses weekly.
    • Work overtime when needed.
    • Able to accommodate in‑state and out‑of‑state overnight travel.
Note: The original says "Able to accommodate in an out of state overnight travel". We'll phrase.

    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Electro‑mechanical experience (either from a previous role or through education) and user PC/software skills
    • 1+ year of experience with Building Automation systems
    • Ability to read and understand design and construction documents
    • Willing and able to work in a variety of circumstances, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high lift equipment, working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions
    • Ability to demonstrate the ability and willingness to differentiate types/colors of wire, use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet, and the ability to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
    • Willing and able to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

    • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

    Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or state‑recognized GED; Associate degree in electronics or related field
Maybe also include "Skills" section? Could combine some of the skills like PC/software, Microsoft Office, communication, etc. But we already have them in Requirements. Could create a Skills section for those. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might be better to keep Requirements and Qualifications only, and maybe Skills not needed. But we have "Skills" as possible heading. Could we move some items to Skills? The posting includes "user PC/software skills", "Microsoft Office", "communication skills". Those could be Skills. However we already have them in Requirements. Might be okay to keep them under Requirements. We also have Benefits and Pay sections.

    Benefits

Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. Details can be found here: https://www.benefitsquickstart.com/siemens/index.html

But we must not add extra tags like ? The instruction didn't forbid anchors. It says output HTML fragment; we can include . It's okay.

    Pay

The pay range for this position is $54,121 – $92,779 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

We should use an en dash or hyphen; keep as given. We must not include Schedule section. Now check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for boilerplate removed: We removed "About Siemens", "Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion", "Ready to create your own journey? Join us today!", etc. Check if any substantive info missed: The line "We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving..." etc removed; that's fluff. The line "Transform the everyday with us!" removed. The line "Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, adaptable, and responsible environments." removed? Might be considered part of role description but we already have objectives. Could keep but it's somewhat fluff. I'd keep it in About the role maybe. But we already have About the role paragraph includes objectives. Could add that sentence. Let's incorporate: "Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, adaptable, and responsible environments." It's a statement about Siemens Smart Buildings. Might be relevant. Add to About the role paragraph. Also "We are improving how we live, work,
