Traveling Associate Dentist

About the Role

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide high-quality clinical care across multiple studio locations, supporting teams during absences or transitions. The role involves delivering comprehensive dental treatments, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, implant, and TMJ therapies, while leading patient exams and treatment planning. You will promote clear aligner and sleep therapy services, manage a dynamic schedule, and ensure an exceptional patient experience rooted in personalized care, communication, and compassion. Collaboration with dental teams and ongoing professional development are essential components.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full scope of dental treatments and diagnose conditions
• Lead comprehensive exams and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Drive treatment acceptance and ensure safety and quality of care
• Collaborate with team members and participate in clinical development
• Manage schedules efficiently, optimize patient flow, and enhance the patient experience

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license, DEA registration, CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Invisalign certification and comfort with digital workflows
