Travel Xray Technologist - $2,595 per week

Job Summary

The Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Xray Technologist position is an opportunity to work at a Level III Trauma Center with Magnet designation and a dedicated Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing imaging services across a busy, fast-paced environment with a high acuity patient population, primarily performing general radiography, fluoroscopy procedures, and participating in surgical and procedural support.

Job Details

• Position: Xray Technologist, Milwaukee, WI, with effective start date of 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/09/2027.
• Certifications/Education: ARRT certification, Wisconsin license, and BLS certification required.
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekend rotation every other week, with one call shift per week (scheduled from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, or 10:30 PM to 6:00 AM).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute or surgical radiology experience preferred; 0 years of experience considered with suitable skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiography, fluoroscopy (ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic procedures, urology cases), and support in surgical procedures including orthopedics, spine, and trauma cases.
• Operate imaging equipment such as GE, Fuji, Del Medical X-ray systems, McKesson PACS, and GE/Medtronic O-arm fluoroscopy units.
• Support: Lead tech on first shift, radiologist available 24/7, and a team of 14 techs on days, 7 on second shift, and 3 on third shift, along with hospitalist and intensivist support.
• Orientation: 7 days in department, with facility and unit-specific training.

Pay Package
