About the role

Full-time inpatient Radiology Technologist (Xray Technologist) position in Reno, Nevada. This role involves producing diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced, Level II trauma center environment. The position requires assessing patients across all age groups and operating imaging equipment to support high-quality patient care.

Schedule

• Nights, 3x12 shift (Friday through Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Minimum of 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and produce diagnostic imaging in a Level II trauma center
• Assess patients across all age groups
• Verify physician orders and maintain patient safety during procedures
• Demonstrate competency in the OR Suite, Trauma Suite, and portable radiography within 90 days
• Provide patient care and assist with clinical documentation
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Float rotation may be required to meet organizational needs, up to the incumbent's competency level

Requirements

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Nevada Medical Radiography license
• At least 2 years of radiologic imaging experience
• Fluoro experience
• Recent travel experience
