Travel Xray Technologist - $2,325 per week

About the role

Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray technology positioned in an outpatient and urgent care setting. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures according to protocol, explaining exams and safety protocols to patients, and ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis.

Schedule

• Days shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Float rotation may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform patient confirmation
• Explain exams and safety protocols to patients
• Adjust equipment
• Capture images in accordance with department protocols and radiologist requests
• Label images appropriately before transmission to PACS

Required Qualifications

• Certifications in radiography
• Radiologic Technologist and Technician certification in the state of employment
• Associate's Degree in Radiography preferred
• Registered technologist (R.T.(ARRT)) preferred
• 0-1 year of radiology technology experience preferred
