Travel X-Ray Technician - $2,757 per week

Assignment Overview

Travel Clinic Radiology Technologist position in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. Start date 10/19/2026, 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week. Shift schedule: Tuesdays‑Friday 7 a.m.–3 p.m., Saturday 3 p.m.–11 p.m. On‑call required. Works in a radiology department setting using EPIC EMR, Sectra PACS, and GE imaging equipment, with potential to float to a sister hospital nearby.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and assess patient safety, comfort, and procedure needs.
• Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures and revisions as needed.
• Stay current on trends and advances in clinical practice, healthcare informatics, and imaging technology.

Requirements

• 1‑3 years experience as an X‑Ray Technician.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography School.
• Active NJ State RT license (if applicable).
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• Knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Accepts local candidates.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
