Travel X-Ray Technician - $2,557 per week

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) for a 13-week night-shift contract in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines
• Maintain equipment and assess patient safety, comfort, and physiological needs throughout procedures
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures, including identifying needs for procedure revisions
• May be required to float to a nearby sister hospital

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician
• Graduate of an accredited radiography school
• Active NJ State RT License (license required if applicable)
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Two professional references required for consideration

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (evening/night shift)37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
