Travel X-Ray Technician - $2,548 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Morristown, New Jersey, starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, CT, MRI, and other modalities under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and images in the medical record.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Basic computer skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with radiographic equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay

• Compensation packages include daily and weekly pay through direct deposit or cash cards.
• Benefits start on Day 1.
• Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Maximum subsidies for lodging, meals, incidentals, and travel expenses are available.

Schedule

The shift is 8 hours, evenings, Monday through Friday, with a 3-day weekend off.
