About the role
The Wound Care Nurse (WOCN) will assess patients' wounds and develop comprehensive care plans, execute treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on wound care protocols. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and documents patient progress and treatment plans.

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' wounds and overall health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
- Educate patients and families on wound care techniques and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans effectively.
Requirements
- WOCN Certification is mandatory.
- Current nursing license in good standing.
- Experience with wound care management preferred.

Schedule
This position is available on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends required.
Pay & Benefits
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
