Requirements
- RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of vascular sonography experience required
- Proficiency in DVT, carotid, and brachial ultrasound studies
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage daily workflow
- No on-call requirements beyond the scheduled shift
- May float within the same hospital campus to ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas
- Uses Philips iU22 ultrasound equipment
- Epic and AS Software EMR — experience preferred but not required
About the Role
Work in a single-room vascular ultrasound department within an acute care hospital setting.
Patient population includes outpatient, ED, and inpatient cases with common diagnoses including DVT, carotid, and brachial studies.
Average census of 6–10 patients per day, with approximately 3 scheduled outpatients plus ED and inpatient volume.
10-hour day shifts from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM on a 7/70 schedule: work Wednesday through Tuesday, then take the following week off, then repeat.
No on-call requirements beyond the scheduled shift.
Holiday coverage is expected.

Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
