About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026, in Waterloo, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound examinations
- Interpret diagnostic images and report findings accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Requirements
- Current state-issued license as a Vascular Sonographer
- Experience in performing vascular ultrasounds
- Knowledge of vascular anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited sonography program
- Completion of required continuing education credits
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams
Skills
- Proficiency in vascular ultrasound equipment

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights.
