About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Falls Church, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Document findings and communicate results to referring physicians
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Requirements
- Current state-issued certification as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Experience in antepartum ultrasound preferred
- Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited sonography program
- Passing score on the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) registry exam
- Proficiency with ultrasound equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
