Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $2,546 per week

About the role

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures including Abdominal Ultrasound (AB), Pelvic Ultrasound, Small Parts (thyroid, scrotum, soft tissue, etc.), Color Doppler, Abdominal Arterial & Venous Doppler, and Ultrasound-Guided Biopsies/Procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Document findings accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate and effective patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Ultrasound/Sonography or Certificate of completion of Ultrasound/Sonography program.
• ARDMS and BLS-AHA certifications required.
• Experience in performing Ultrasound procedures, particularly in Abdominal Ultrasound, Pelvic Ultrasound, Small Parts, Color Doppler, Abdominal Arterial & Venous Doppler, and Ultrasound-Guided Biopsies/Procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits
