Travel Ultrasound Technologist - $2,515 per week - 35

About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. This position works 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, days.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Accurately document findings and procedures in medical records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current ARDMS or ARRT certification for Ultrasound.
• State licensure for Ultrasound.
• One year of relevant experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Completion of specialized certificate programs (obstetrics and gynecology, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal).
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications/Skills

• BLS certification.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications.

Pay and Schedule
