Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Bangor, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Accurately document findings and report results to referring physicians.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current state-issued Ultrasound Technologist license.
• Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasounds.
• Knowledge of relevant anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
• At least one year of ultrasound technologist experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in using ultrasound equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
