About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Bangor, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Accurately document patient information and results
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
Requirements
- Current state-issued ultrasound license
- Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program
- Passing score on a national registry exam (optional but preferred)
Skills
- Proficiency with ultrasound equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
