About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 11, 2026 in Bangor, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various imaging modalities
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations
- Document findings accurately and prepare reports for referring physicians
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments
Requirements
- Current state-issued certification as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Experience in performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures
- Knowledge of relevant anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
- Current CPR certification

- Proficiency with ultrasound equipment

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12 hours per day, 7 days a week.
