Travel Ultrasound Technician - $2,319 per week

About the role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, starting October 25, 2026. The position is full‑time travel (40 hours per week) on 8‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound/sonography procedures using Siemens and GE equipment.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system.
• Take call as needed, including potential 3rd‑shift call (2200‑0700) two days per week, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
• Float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles when required.
• Maintain compliance with Ascension Skills Checklist, provide Ascension Profile and two professional references.
• Complete onboarding requirements: criminal background check, health statement, immunizations, drug screening, education verification, health screenings (MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB testing), and valid driver’s license/state ID.

Requirements

• BLS and ARDMS certifications.
• Minimum one year of hospital experience with Siemens and GE ultrasound machines.
• Experience with EPIC.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Ability to meet all credentialing and onboarding documentation (background check, health statements, immunizations, drug screen, etc.).

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on GSA rates; actual pay may vary. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
