Travel Ultrasound Sonographer - $2,358 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week contract in Weirton, West Virginia, starting November 16, 2026. The position involves 36 hours per week on 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) with a 2-2-3 rotation and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound imaging procedures, including General Ultrasound, OB, small parts, and Vascular Ultrasound (upper & lower venous & arterial).
• Start IVs as required for imaging procedures.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the EMR system (Community Works) and PACS (Intellirad/Intelliconnect).
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Experience in General Ultrasound and Vascular Ultrasound required.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification via ARDMS.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current West Virginia license.
• WV CARES certification required prior to start.

Schedule

12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 2-2-3 rotation, with weekends as scheduled. Total 36 hours per week.
