Travel Ultrasound Sonographer - $2,578 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a Level II Trauma facility in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations in an acute care setting
• Rotate through various shifts including Monday through Friday, 9-hour days
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sonography experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• RDMMS certifications: Abdomen (RDMS-AB) and OB/GYN (RDMS-OB/GYN) via ARDMS
• Valid license if required by state law
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates are not accepted
• Orientation includes 12 hours upon start

Pay

Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Rotating day shift schedule on a two-week rotation: Week 1 – Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Week 2 – Sunday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
