About the role
Join a high-acuity Trauma Neuro Surgical ICU caring for critically ill trauma, neuro, and medical ICU patients in a fast-paced environment. This 13-week travel assignment offers a night shift (3x12s) with 36 guaranteed hours per week in a 17-bed ICU with acuity-based patient ratios of 1:1–1:4. Epic EMR is used.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to trauma, neuro, and surgical ICU patients
- Interpret cardiac rhythms
- Manage ventilators, CRRT, BiPAP, chest tubes, and critical care drips
Requirements
- 3+ years of ICU/Critical Care experience
- Active Indiana RN License
- BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications
- Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
- Experience with ventilators, CRRT, BiPAP, chest tubes, and critical care drips
- TNCC or TCAR preferred
