Travel Trauma General Surgery Stepdown RN - $2,494 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PCU/Stepdown RN for a travel assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. The assignment is scheduled to begin September 24, 2026 and runs for approximately 13 weeks (13.14 weeks noted).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with complex wound care, drains, devices, traumatic injuries, chest tubes, respiratory support, TBIs, and complex spinal cord injuries.
• Manage stable/chronic ventilators and interpret ECG strips.
• Work within a Level 1 trauma center setting maintaining a 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio.
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system.

Requirements

• Active RN license (BSN not required).
• BLS certification.
• Epic experience.
• Level 1 trauma center experience.
• Experience with a 1:6 nurse‑to‑patient ratio.
• Proficiency in complex wound care, drains, devices, traumatic injuries, chest tubes, respiratory support, TBIs, complex spinal cord injuries.
• Ability to work with stable/chronic ventilators and read ECG strips.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates.
