Amerit Fleet Solutions, a leader in fleet maintenance across the U.S., is hiring a skilled Travel Trailer Technician/Mechanic to join their team in San Bernardino, CA. This role offers a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $38.00 per hour, weekly pay, and full benefits starting within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
- Accurately document repairs and complete work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
Requirements
- 2+ years’ of hands-on experience performing class 7 - 8 trailer maintenance and repairs
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
- Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (lifting heavy objects, accessing tight spaces, bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling)
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)
Skills
- Hands-on experience with class 7 - 8 trailer maintenance and repairs
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license

Pay & Schedule
- Pay $32.00 - $38.00/hour (based on experience)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly pay - every Friday
- Schedule: Typically 14 days of travel, 5 days off (flexible)
