Travel Telemetry RN - $2,418 per week

About the role

Telemetry RN travel position in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role involves monitoring patients using telemetry equipment that measures heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood‑oxygen levels and electrocardiogram data, interpreting the data to guide patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
• Stand and walk for long periods; bend, lean and stoop without difficulty.
• Lift up to 20 pounds routinely; patient moving/lifting may require up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain required vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

• Active BLS certification.
• 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience (Telemetry specialty preferred).
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and specified vision capabilities.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
