About the role
The Agency is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a position in Alexandria, LA. The position will be on a 3x12 Nights shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services in an acute care setting.
- Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Document patient observations and treatment plans accurately.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients.
Requirements
- Current State Licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications.
- Two (2) Current Clinical References.
- Physical examination within 12 months.
- TB Skin Test within 12 months.
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella.
- Respiratory Fit Test within 12 months.
- Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations.
Qualifications
- Pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.
