Travel Telemetry RN - $2,358 per week

About the Role

Allegheny General Hospital, rated the No. 1 hospital in Southwestern PA for Medical Excellence in several specialties, is seeking a travel nurse RN for their Telemetry unit. Our team delivers advanced care in nearly every medical and surgical specialty, supported by renowned physicians, nurses, technicians, clinicians, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with fractures, joint replacements, joint fusions, trauma-related injuries, wounds/infections, and other orthopedic and neurosurgical conditions.
• Manage chest tube setup/care, breathing treatments, trach care, tele interpretation, drains, epidural pumps, feeding tubes, PICC/central lines, PCA pumps, port-a-cath/vascular device access/care, traction/halo/pin care, and wound vacs.
• Administer Cardizem and Amio drips (non-titrating) and care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with 2 years of Telemetry experience.
• Active RN license (Compact Accepted).
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA and BLS-AHA.
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gaps.
• 1 reference required.

• Experience with orthopedic, trauma, and neurosurgical patients.
• Proficiency in managing various medical devices and treatments.

Pay

$2299.00 - $2417.00 per week.

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, starting 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks.
