About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Rockford, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assess patient conditions and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
- Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date as soon as possible.
