Travel RN - Telemetry - $2,225 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting on August 30, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in telemetry monitoring preferred.
• Knowledge of telemetry equipment and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay
