About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a Med Surg setting.
- Assess and document patient conditions according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Experience in telemetry monitoring preferred.
