Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes in vital signs to healthcare providers.
• Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kentucky.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
