Patient Experience Requirements Hourly rounding Bedside shift report My Care Boards AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) Qualifications Requested Skill Set: Strong nursing background and comprehensive assessment skills Attention to detail and ability to recognize condition changes Positive attitude, flexibility, dependability, teamwork, self-motivation, and effective communication skills Desire for excellence, accountability, ability to multitask, and capability to manage stressful situations Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Advanced Skills Needed: Telemetry rhythm interpretation Experience with Procedures: PICC line removal, vascular catheter removal Dress Code Ceil blue scrubs are required Adherence to hospital hygiene and dress code policies Awards and Recognition Awarded Unit of Distinction High Employee Engagement Scores Excellent performance in Quality and Core Measures Many nurses hold national certifications, including the unit manager Additional Information Join a highly experienced team utilizing advanced technology, including iMobile and Dynamaps that integrate with Meditech, and an efficient call light system.
