Unit secretaries available from 7 AM to 7 PM for a variety of resources. Type of Equipment: BiPAP, Heated High-Flow Nasal Cannulas, Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps Documentation System: Meditech Scheduling Requirements: Full-Time Staff: 36 hours/week with a scheduled weekend rotation every third weekend. Part-Time Staff: 48 hours/week with a scheduled weekend rotation every third weekend. PRN 1 Staff: 3 shifts within a 4-week period with 1 weekend shift required. PRN 2 Staff: 6 shifts within a 4-week period with 3 weekend shifts required. Rotating holiday schedule applies. Floating Policy: PRN staff float 1 time per week; full-time and part-time staff float based on a rotation of scheduled dates. Bonus shifts will float first. Patient Experience Requirements: Bedside shift report, hourly rounding, and daily leadership rounds. Qualifications Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage vasoactive drips. Typical Procedures: Central Line or PICC line placement. Dress Code Uniform requirements include charcoal grey scrub tops with matching scrub bottoms, and black or charcoal grey jackets, with the option to order unit-specific jackets.
