About the role

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Cannot work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ (Cannot work two contracts at the same time)
• Must be gone from commonspirit for 12 months as permanent staff to be considered for a travel assignment
• No facial piercings and only natural hair colors (no unnatural colors)
• Onboarding due by 1pm CST Wednesday before start; the facility will not allow anything pending and will push the traveler back if the file is not complete by the deadline
• Level I experience required
• Previous travel experience required for ED, Neuro ICU
• Cerner EMR required for ED
• Travel teams must have their own vehicles
• Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams
• 2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required
• Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks
• Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48 hours prior to acceptance of a position (maximum 2 attempts). Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.
• If failed, will be deemed not usable (DNU) for 6 months within Commonspirit AZ and Sacramento Region

Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, then shuttled to the facility. Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage.

Travelers can be expected to have nursing students, as this is a teaching hospital.
