Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 18-week assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes in vital signs.
• Document observations and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.
