Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services in accordance with established protocols.
• Assess patient conditions and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
• Document observations and treatments accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of telemetry equipment and its proper use.
