Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient observations and treatments accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Louisiana.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry monitoring preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 36 hours per week.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, nights.

Pay
