Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services in accordance with established protocols
• Assess patient conditions and report significant changes to healthcare providers
• Document patient data accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in telemetry preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
