Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Monitor and record telemetry data
- Provide medication administration and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient progress in the electronic health record (EHR)
Requirements
- Current California RN license
- One year of relevant clinical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

- Proficiency with Epic charting system

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
