Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry Wichita, Kansas. This position involves providing patient care in an acute care hospital setting, focusing on telemetry monitoring and support for patients in a dedicated intermediate care unit. Position Description

• Caring for patients requiring telemetry monitoring, including procedures such as central line management, medication drips, and heart catheter recovery.
• Maintaining a staff of 12 RNs per shift, with patient ratios of 1:6 and 1:4 for Heart Cath patients.
• Using Meditech electronic medical records and equipment such as PCA pumps, IV pumps, and chest tubes.

Required Qualifications

• Current acute care hospital telemetry experience with a minimum of 1-year.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Valid license.

Schedule

Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Additional Information

• Prior Meditech experience and NIH List procedures are preferred.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
