About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 9, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Kentucky.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in telemetry monitoring preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights.
- Must be eligible for 36-hour per week shifts.
- Must be willing to travel within the United States.

- Strong clinical skills in telemetry monitoring.

Pay
